Another stretch with strap video, please!! The east coast has been so cold and we've been shivered up, so having a deeper stretch to relieve the tension from shivering for months would be AMAZING!!!

Oh no!! So sorry to hear this, Emily! Being injured is so tough! Maybe some floor flows and seated arm dances? When I'm injured, sometimes I watch a video and modify parts that aren't right for my body that day, so even if I can't complete the full workout, I've still done something.
