My plan was to unpack boxes and then I realized no! I need to do this! I was like, I’m just going to do the warm up and before I knew it I was doing my favorite Marnie moves with you guys lol. Soooo needed to move my body with ya’ll! Even if I smell like a dirty sock 😂Xoxo thank you magical Marnie and fam! I have a tear in my rotator cuff too. Hang in there. My doctor said that sometimes people can get by without forgoing surgery. Take it easy though. Definitely a balance between physical therapy exercise and rest. Is there an option for in home care so you don’t have to lift your mom?
