Yeah. I was going to say start small like 5 things you are grateful for- done. Or 3 things you want to accomplish this week and why. Done. Sometimes just write the thoughts that come to mind. You can always burn it or throw it away. Itโ€™s nothing you have to keep. For me, it works as a way to clear the brain chatter and โ€œmonkey mindโ€ and mapping stuff on paper- doodles work too, but agree with Cathy- not for everyone. You can also find journals in a bookstore or Amazon that have little prompts in them.
