I was intimidated by this one bc of the weights and so it took me a minute to do this one, but sooooo glad I did. I used 8lbs weights the whole time (I really surprised myself) and although it was challenging and sweaty, I loved it!! Felt like a bad ass!!!xoxo! I guess I won’t be afraid of the heavier weights workouts anymore.
