I’m going for at least 3 Mbody workouts a week in addition to my other 3 workouts. Of course I see the schedule and really want to do it all! If I go for more- I’ll give myself a badass badge like Monique!! 🙌! But again, like Amanda said, it’s deeper… more about listening to my body. Remembering when to push and when to pull back, modify, take breaks and drink water when necessary. Connecting with self- that sort of thing! Hydration and sleep too!!!
