Everything about this was kick ass! I loved the playlist and opening w What a Feelin! Marnie knows how to open up my floodgates! This workout opened up some emotions for me big time so I can re member the joy within! Thank you Marnie! 💗💫🧚🏻 It’s been some time since my last 60 min signature. I love to sweat and this one got me sweatin! Will definitely come back to this one! I so needed to work up that energy to release some stuff and create space for the light! 💫💗
