I have a similar thing. I've been using the microball around the hip and lower back too. If you don't have a microbial, a tennis ball would probably work. Magnesium chelate before bed seems to help too. I'm interested in what your PT has to say! Keep us posted.

This was so challenging for me today, however I know it is so good for me. Even though I had to take breaks and modify a few moves, I will definitely be revisiting this one again. These moves are so great for posture! My arms definitely needed these stretches. 🖤
