Love this one! Great for me today bc we are staying at a place during our travels and I forgot the yoga mat. Using a folded hand towel worked just fine under the knees during that part! I loved the vocal cues and I didn’t feel like I had to look at the phone. Hamstrings were on fire! Loved that o got a shout out! Sneaky sweaty one. Great after long drives! Xo! Great class. About to play a show and feel so grateful to have this to come to. 💗💗💫💫 loved the playlist! I was also able to use 5lbs. I left my mbody bag w ball and weights I. The hotel room, but the gym had a stairmaster that I used as a bar and stretched on the floor. WS even able to do this without a mat, I just used a folded towel for the knee. 💫💗💛🙌 can’t wait to do this again when I have all of the props! Xo

Since my injury, playing guitar for long periods of time strains the left side of my neck and left shoulder and back, so this really helps loosen things up.
