I was happy to see that you had posted.  I was literally thinking of you the other day and was wondering if you had left.  It is wonderful to have you back in the fam. And please don't think that you have to apologize.  Taking care of yourself and doing what is best for you is not something that we need to apologize for.

I too believe that our connections here are real. Since joining M/body, I have been through some of the toughest years of my life. The love and support that I have felt from this community has been truly uplifting.

Continue to put yourself first.

Cath that's amazing news that you are recovering so well. Congrats on getting back to the mat. You are an inspiration!

It is so important to reach out to friends and family when we are thinking of them. You just never know if there will be a another chance in the future.

Hope your knee continues to strengthen.

Liisa, I am so sorry to hear about your mom's passing. It is very difficult (and complicated) to lose a parent , especially a mother.  I am sending you so much love, peace and strength.  Remember to allow yourself to lean on others.  We're here for you.  And as Marnie says:"You can do hard things". Please don't hesitate to ask for help.

xoxo Mary-Ellen
