This was so challenging in the best way. I'm looking forward to coming back to this workout in a few days while the choreo is still fresh in my mind. For some reason, recently, I've been struggling with work on all fours. I'll probably take out the ball/weight behind the knee to get back to basics.

Balance between “all” or “nothing”. Neither extreme is healthy or even sustainable and finding the balance in the middle is something that I’m finding to be so important. And challenging!

Post-run sweaty selfie

Super sweaty selfie that I wanted to share. So proud of myself for running 3 miles- something that I haven’t attempted in almost a year. I’m not a huge runner, but I find that it does help with managing my anxiety and depression so I’m trying to get back to going once a week or so. I love that m/body strengthens my body and mind in a way that helps me off the mat as well!
