Agree, definitely the recovery flows. They are very low impact but still get the blood pumping in a nourishing way.

I have a suggestion to perhaps have a “weekly schedule” in the app (e.g. 5 videos from the catalog and the 2 weekly lives). It would be great to not have to decide and just jump in to a workout when there isn’t a challenge going on.

I agree with a lot of the commenters that the variety is great and it’s hard to choose a preferred length, it is all about that balance over the entire week ;)

30 is easiest to fit into my schedule but I have to say the signature 60 really differentiates M/Body from other platforms in my opinion

Loved the lymphatic massage at the end and introducing other wellness ideas we might not know about. Maybe one day we could do the meditation with our legs up the wall (or barre) as I try to do that daily anyway!
