Agree, definitely the recovery flows. They are very low impact but still get the blood pumping in a nourishing way.

I have a suggestion to perhaps have a “weekly schedule” in the app (e.g. 5 videos from the catalog and the 2 weekly lives). It would be great to not have to decide and just jump in to a workout when there isn’t a challenge going on.

I agree with a lot of the commenters that the variety is great and it’s hard to choose a preferred length, it is all about that balance over the entire week ;)

30 is easiest to fit into my schedule but I have to say the signature 60 really differentiates M/Body from other platforms in my opinion
