I have a suggestion to perhaps have a āweekly scheduleā in the app (e.g. 5 videos from the catalog and the 2 weekly lives). It would be great to not have to decide and just jump in to a workout when there isnāt a challenge going on.
I agree with a lot of the commenters that the variety is great and itās hard to choose a preferred length, it is all about that balance over the entire week ;)
In this period in my life 30 & 45 mins! I tend to get back to those ones more frequently. They are so unique and creative and I love how unpredictable they are, and still long enough to sweat it all out. It is just easier to fit into my week day schedule and lately I feel like I rather do a shorter one but get to the mat more often than a longer one and skip days because I feel a bit sore. I need way more stretch flows, cuz they are a minority in the catalogue š & I LOVE THEM!
During weekdays I try to do at least 30 mins but lately Iāve been really focusing in on 20 since being asked to commute back to the office again š Weekends Iām free for 45-60 mins šš»
I like the ones 45 and under for my schedule! However, the 60-minute format is so effective!
Definitely the 45 and 69 minute-ers. I need the endorphins and donāt get āem I less theyāre longer!!
