Just like Marnie is dressed, I felt like a badass character in a spy/heist movie breaking into buildings quietly with those gliding moves…Or maybe, Catwoman! 🐈‍⬛ I can’t get Marnie’s gliders yet but I got a substitute because some moves were impossible with towel or socks, like when you’re on your knees with the gliders and you go in and out with ‘em. Can’t wait!

😌 Feeling like a perfectly-kneaded dough of bread after this one, having been worked out from head to toe! What a release to finally do a 45-mins class after spraining my ankle and taking things easy as of late. Ankle weights were a killer! Barely survived the last move of raising a leg in the air while having my butt elevated simultaneously. I’m GRATEFUL for being able to get back to my routine and being able to MOVE.

Marnie recommends wearing something loose fitting, and I later wished I did them in my PJs…🌝(Not because it induces sleep, of course, but because it’s relaxing!) It relieved me of the mild headache I had before going into class; a delightful surprise and a bonus!
