This was a satisfying ease-you-into-working out again after more than a week of not being able to get on the mat 🤧 I’m not sure if it’s because of the lingering brain fog, but my brain was worked from the beginning to the end! I’m glad I brought out my heavier weights to alternate with because it went by so quickly. Just a note, the reps starting on the 15:35 ish mark on our left side barely touched on extending arms above head with weights and again weights to the side, so if you want to have balance then challenge yourself to add in those movements before Marnie does.

Very little jumping but very much heart pumping! 🫀Be prepared to want to give up on your legs, but you can do it! Lots of leg stretching at the end.

THANK YOU for intentionally creating balance in our classes, especially for those of us who primarily—or only—work out with you 🤍 Echoing the other ladies here, it’s a peaceful yet fiery 30 minutes, perfect for winding down or when you just want something lower energy (in a good way!). And, the ankle weights are everything 💯

Hi, Kathryn! I’m from Japan 🇯🇵 I’m a Christian so we definitely do celebrate Christmas! Japanese people do the presents thing and they eat KFC chicken and cake on Christmas Eve 😆
