I’ve been thinking I would LOVE to have an M/BODY water bottle, but not black but something colorful!

Got my legs a little jelly with much sweating and detoxing after this one! The only complaint was that my chair was too high for me when turning back from my chair for a tricep work. The stretch was probably my favorite! Super gooey, hip-opening, and that “Ooo I didn’t know I could stretch that deeply” sensation 💫

My husband, my best friend, and I, are all June babies! 🎉 I threw out my back a month ago and I’m not 100% but I’m choosing JOY and making time to move my body regardless!

Spanish/Latino/Hispanic (? excuse my lack of knowledge in the language if mistaken) music throughout the entire thing, including Bad Bunny 🐰! It was doable even first thing in the morning since my legs weren’t the focus and I get more easily tired there. Really appreciated the ab work with ball AND weights on the mat. Thankful also to the small yet helpful pointers like stretching our arms properly during cool down!

Wow. Some of the movements here felt SO GOOD on a stiff day that I stayed in them for some time and paused the video. In fact, I want to the do them on repeat 😚

Amazing what 10 minutes can do; totally did not expect that! 🤩 Now I feel a burst of energy to tackle my nighttime chores.

Did you tell the girl who asked you about “comp” to join us on M/BODY? 😉 That would be funny and awesome! This class really did feel balanced, working the entire body. The weights with the ab work was challenging and felt new somehow ✨ The music was unique, fantastic, and my favorite Suga Suga song played 😍

Quite the challenge for the brain 🧠! Loved the twisty stretch when crossing legs on the ground as we get up and down the floor.
