My goal for the week had been to continue my push-up journey. Well, today during our 45 family fav I was able to complete the full set of push-ups on my toes.

This means more to me than gains because it goes beyond physical strength. It's the emotional journey for me. I know I'm physically strong but for years I didn't like myself and I didn't allow myself to believe in myself. Today, I believed in my inner strength & I felt worthy to embrace my physical strength.

"I BELIEVE IN YOU BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN ME"

Day 12 of the challenge and feeling great! This 30 minute ball class was sooo amazing!!!

Day #12 and here to say the lemon water (w/ ginger, cayenne, and turmeric) has become a daily habit but I am not predicting the same for celery water. Iโ€™m down for new experiences, but Iโ€™m pretty sure I made the same face I make when drinking shots.

Iโ€™ve been adding a few handfuls of fresh spinach to my lunch smoothies (frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, milled flaxseed & water) and that has been a really easy addition of more greens. In fact, it tastes really good w/ frozen pineapple. Interested to hear othersโ€™ strategies for adding extra greens to their diet.

My specific workout goal is to do at least 5 push-ups without modification by the end of the challenge - go upper body ๐Ÿ˜

I really liked how today's hip opener built on moves we've been doing! The reach behind and grab the foot shocked me with how much my range has improved just over this challenge. Picture is of a snow crocus coming up in my yard. My goal is to do "1 more" every time I am ready to quit during a set of exercises.

To eat better breakfast. Ive prepared overnight oats for the next few days... second goal is to do more of the jumps!

My goal this week is to join a live.

Also, wanted to say I was apprehensive about the length of todayโ€™s 60 minute class, and was thinking about switching it to something shorter. I am so glad I didnโ€™t! This class gave me so much energy. I forgot about the loss of sleep.
