I also didn’t make the live to comment where I’m from. I was born and brought up in Johannesburg, South Africa. I moved to the uk when I was 21 (7 years ago) and now live in Oxford!

Today’s wellness activity was to play (glitter encouraged!) so the Christmas decor just HAD to come up. Glitter + twinkly lights everywhere ✨Made for a much more fun workout space while taking the Beyoncé class tonight. Happy Day 30 of the challenge! Hope everyone has a fab week 🫶

Hi! On the first board we were asked to post our superpower. Mine is discipline. Each day I look at my calendar in which I track exercise and I am reminded of what I can do on a consistent basis.

A Wellness Activity for the first Challenge Board reminded me to schedule my annual mammogram. I’m not 40 yet (and was too young for a pager), but there is power in knowing family history and I had my brief squishing today. Screenings are SO important- please consider getting to know your baselines and keeping up with recommended screenings. We can do uncomfortable things, especially when they’re brief. 💪🥞

Happy Saturday, Fam! Missing the live today to get my flu shot/COVID booster, but still snuck in an early 45 min M/Body.

After just over 2 years doing M/Body I've finally learned that I feel so much better and more connected to the workouts when I eat something light about an hour before working out. I've been stuck with an unwritten rule in my head my whole life that I shouldn't eat before a workout. But the more I've tested the opposite of this "rule" the better results I see in my physical being.

Every day I learn a little more. Have a great workout today! 💜

I am away from home at my first conference, and doing my first conference presentation to hundreds of people. Marnie's words were so helpful at the end of clzss this morning - inhale, exhale. enjoy these moments because they are gone as soon as they begin. I am going to be in the light today and I know mother earth will catch me. PS I did my workout with my shampoo and conditioners bottles as weights on a towel between the beds.
