Motherhood is definitely tough but the best unpaid job you will ever have❤️❤️! Hang in there and keep exercising, that’s what always gets me through life!

I’m in NYC from the 11-17 for my daughter’s PhD graduation from Columbia. No plans on the 17th and we fly back at night. We’re staying in mid Manhattan.

I can’t ski anymore because I’ve also had 2 microdiscectomies on my L5S1 disc and have to be careful with twisting motion as I don’t want fusion on my back! I’m also 65 and if I overdo with exercise I often injure something! But I feel great right now and love the workouts I have done on M/Body. I feel like I’m getting in much better shape with these workouts!
