Apparently, this one was in my favorites already, but I didn't remember doing it and still loved this workout today! That's what happens when you get old haha

Whoo hoo I'm back after taking time off due to a lat muscle strain!  Great workout to start with after 3 weeks off.  Wanted to do the live, but felt I needed to start slow.  Thanks Marnie!

Michelle LK I know what you mean, but always feel like I have more energy when I do workout!  Unfortunately, I've only done one workout since this challenge started due to a muscle strain on my right side, ugh!  I do a lot of my own modifications too since I've been working out all of my adult life and have had physical therapy for various injuries.  Hopefully, I can get back into the workouts later this week!

Wish I was still young enough to do the challenge, but at almost 66 yo I have to listen to my body and avoid injury!  I will do what my body lets me!
