Jess, sending you hugs across the miles and support❤️! I know about the snow, I’m in Denver and the storm we had this week was intense, so much snow! I hope the sun comes out to shine and that you can be in the light!

I've had gliders for a few years, but never liked using them in the pilates classes I did.  This was a fun class and I could actually do most everything...not so much the planking due to back issues, but I will try using my gliders in more classes as Marnie does them!

There are a lot of things you cannot control in life, exercise has always been a way for me to control my stress and makes me feel strong and healthy!
