No equipment needed at all. Cardio intimidates me, but this longer cardio class moves along with moves that feel great (the glutes/hip/leg/ab series on all fours felt AMAZING and I know my booty is going to be feeling it all day). The shapes we make with the stretching feels good and looks so beautiful in the mirror (always love a good warrior pose!). I’m finding as I continue my commitment to M/Body and movement, I can see progress is my endurance & stamina even with hard things like cardio.

This is beautiful, Lindsey. I am ready to read yours and Emily’s memoirs as I feel like I’d cry, laugh, and feel hopeful by the end. I don’t know your history, but it’s so cool you’ve reached this level of perspective of it all. 🖤

This short class is ALL low-impact, no jumps even in the warmup. You will feel fire in your legs, the reminders are to keep your core activated throughout. This is a slow and steady burn, but in such a balletic way. These ballet-focused classes are great practice for me working on keeping legs straight, and the choreography feels so graceful.

Consistently strong without giving up - how powerful is that?!?

I really appreciate and resonate with your message. Beautifully said- thank you Emily! We need to write these amazing messages of hope everyone is posting in all the bathroom mirrors of every single school in the world for young people to read over and over again.

What a great reminder how things can change- dramatically- as you are incredibly dedicated to movement and exercise now. Congrats again on the promotion!
Wow, you have created what you dreamed of and knew was meant for you, even when it didn’t seem like it could work, and even when you received messages that said it didn’t fit some of your family of origin’s narrative, or their love and acceptance is conditional. And yet you continued knowing you deserve to create a whole- being love and family of your own based on authenticity and unconditional love. So beautiful, Rochelle! I’m so glad you didn’t settle for what wasn’t right for you, even if that was scary/lonely/unchartered territory.
