Another class I adored doing Live and forgot to comment until I revisited it. As Marnie says, this class is stretch, sculpt, and a little sweat. This recovery flow is still quite active, but in a way that feels healing to the body. We also make so many shapes that feel playful and joyful! Second time around and I still needed the Earth to catch me as I fall out of the last pose, and it still makes me giggle when I fall instead of feel overwhelmingly frustrated by it. Love the mindset shifts that occur with consistent M/BODY practice!

I remember LOVING this one live and cannot believe I didn't comment on it earlier (I tend to rush back for work after weekday live classes). This class felt joyful and sassy; I love the use of the chair and think this could work for those traveling too. This is a wonderful go-to to change our signature moves a little. Beautiful message at the end, as always.

She sounds inspired by her healthy momma! Love the whole process she put together for you, and her assistant (your fur baby). ๐Ÿ˜โค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜

I was there IRL and was STRUGGLING with the cardio intensive sweat sesh. But I am incredibly grateful that the IRL class featured the areas I have most growth potential for (aka my biggest weaknesses) rather than the elongated stretches that come more naturally to me. It is motivating to keep coming back, and the IRL form corrections are so helpful. I lost count at how many moments watching this and re-doing this workout I experienced goosebumps all over my arms and legs. This is an intensive workout that is not at all easy for me, and yet I am so thankful I can keep coming back to it. If anyone has an opportunity to make an in-person class, please hop that plane/train/car ride as the energy and the feels are indescribable!

I second Miranda about IG- I receive so much inspiration (and support) by connecting with the community on there and seeing them post their workouts in stories. I made an account just for that purpose and it helps motivate me when Iโ€™m vacillating between getting to the mat or not.

Workout starts right around minute 11:30. Just need a mat and weights (I added a ball between my knees for the short hip raises when resting on tibia/bottom legs just b/c of my knee sensitivity). Fabulous cardio barre sculpt- I am working on running toward the cardio instead of away from it. Appreciate hearing Marnie's form corrections as that always seems helpful at home. Flow keeps it going even when sweat is dripping into my eyes. Thanks for the video drop!

So good! So sweaty- I had to pause and wipe my arms before continuing the floor series. Felt great afterward!

This sculpt class had me shaking! It's filled w/ helpful form reminders/corrections/notes that is perfect for someone new and perfect for someone in it for a while to make sure they're positioned where they need to be to work the right muscles and stay safe. Marnie's words from the start of the cool down stretches to her mindful moments at the end were so richly beautiful. Enjoyed the moves, but favoriting for the form notes and the messages b/c I need to hear them again.

This class felt great for the legs. Tapping into strength in stillness but some wonderful stretching and sculpting. I needed a quick barre class and this was it!
