Cheers to you and this different approach/ let us know how it feels as you live it!

Hugs to you Leah! I hope you have found some people in your life you have chosen to let in, who can mirror what you give and show up for you in the ways you need. It can be powerful to acknowledge what is/is not without adding the judgment of right or wrong.

Sending big hugs and honoring your release of all of that pain… it sounds like you can see how so much of it can be connected. It’s heavy and I hope you feel more free and more well as you let it go ❤️

Yay so glad you’re here, Liana!! Every recent class has been amazing in my opinion, maybe explore the newer ones (the Fiery Floor Abs for example is an amazing core workout). Here are some other 20 mins classes I love: -Towel Dance Sculpt /198 - Ballet Sculpt /182. And there are some other 20 minutes ones I like that I consider more chill or can do in the evening time without activating me too much: - Stretch + Restore /104 - Healing Hips /121 - Ballet Stretch + Q&A /96 - Deep Hip Stretch /214

No equipment, low impact class with a few jumpy options given. A slightly longer mindful meditation at end that is worth fast forwarding to on its own when you need. A lot of choreo combinations that had my brain struggling to follow (I’m a little tired this week), but we go through it enough I could catch on before we moved on. A lot of combos that I look forward to revisiting and playing with again!

Your memory is so sweet and impactful! 😊Most of the songs in class that stir up memories for me are slightly less wholesome (but fun)… the 00s music reminds me of high school and college parties and clubs- it was a different kind of “drop low” back then for me 😂

Still had goosebumps throughout much of this class re-visiting it. Mostly standing work, finishes on the mat for the last few minutes. Great signature choreography, but this class is most powerful when you need to feel uplifted and connected (to your own strength and to support of others).

Just did this one for the first time and it went by quickly, was all standing (until ending stretches), incorporated all props, and brought the burn. My back muscles (during weights), hips, glutes, and inner thighs are awoken. It is such a struggle for me to keep my hips squared/ forward facing/not lifting up in a lot of the choreo (fairly basic moves w/ a lot of room for me to grow). Will definitely re-visit this one!

Thank you for NEVER wasting our time and showing us that if we can find 20 minutes, we can get our heart rate up, some sweat going, and get in some fun dancy choreo. No equipment needed- just enough space for a wide straddle, a few forward kicks, and height for jumping (if you choose higher impact modifications). Doable even in a small hotel room. Truly felt quick and effective.
