Class starts around minute mark 3:02. No equipment other than a stable surface/barre, very much a standing class. Maybe it was just me, but it felt like almost the first half of class was the warmup and cardio dance sequence. Then briefly on the floor for the options for push-ups (very few reps) and rolling sautees, then super short abs before back up standing. The barre will activate from your hips/glutes down your legs!

Whew, this class was a challenge!! Your glutes and legs will be on fire, and your arms and shoulders get a sculpt without hand weights and with almost no plank action. And your abs and obliques are part of the action too. Embrace the challenge and work into the fire. Use M/BODY sliders (or paper plates if on carpet, or fuzzy socks if on hardwood) as an alternative to sliding feet on a towel. Have the towel or t-shirt in your hands long enough for your arms to stretch. There’s a few minutes of a cardio burst at the end for a flush.

Love how M/BODY makes you feel, but want a “different” class? This class is for you! Wholly grounded (starting in warmups) and incredibly sweaty, this class offers a challenging, unique, and special experience where Marnie reminds you how close you are to Mother Earth should you fall. You will feel badass afterward for completing (modifications included), and you will feel this in your body the following day. Hydrate before and dig deep into your beautiful strength.

I've commented about appreciating form notes Marnie provides in each class, but this class is FILLED with mental notes, perspective shifts, reminders of the power of thought which are interlaced throughout class. If you need a class to practice the mental side of wellness and embracing challenges. change, and movement, please do this class! Adding it to my Favorites for that alone, although I also feel taller after this sculpt and stretch class :)

Lindsey J's comment below is perfectly said! Thank goodness for the 90s Hip Hop playlist to power through this challenging class! Not bouncy, a few jump options in warmup, limited time at the barre, but some serious work happening in this class. A full body class for sure, but a hard core class (truly working your core muscles in a variety of short planks segments with generous stretching in between).

Class starts at minute mark 3:35. It has standing, dancing sculpt and heart rate enhancing moves (low impact with some bouncy impact options). The second half of class is on the floor with a lot of stretch and some sculpt interlaced. I loved the hip opener sequence starting just before minute 33. This class would feel so good after sitting and traveling (just need space of an extended leg length around you).

This class nails Sculpt and Stretch - I added hand weights during the arm dance just b/c I felt like it. The sprinklings of planks are making me stronger each set. This class wonderfully moves from area to area so truly your "full body" receives attention, strength, and blood flow. I feel fabulous after doing this one!

Wonderful 30-minute class to get sweaty and build energy before your day! Uses weights and ball briefly, but definitely can be modified and done without equipment if traveling. I like the balance of time spent standing and floor work in this one.
