This class went by quickly, and had me feeling warm and strong. Use of Movement ball under your feet in releve and handweights to build upon the last class. I do love a weight behind the knee on all fours; it had me digging deep to keep going, but the choreography is laid out so well that we change it up before it’s too tiring. 45 minute classes are such a sweet spot of time!

This class has a beautiful focus on endurance... from the choreography sets to the meditation words at the end. Uses weights (I keep my usual 3 lbs. but bowing to those who added balas or increased their weights, as well as to those who dropped whatever weights they were using but continued the movements) and ball under feet at the end. Low impact but still brought the sweat. I appreciate that even though there is a focus on upper body with the weights, my legs were not ignored.
