Revisiting this class in a Challenge Board last week: holy cardio sweat! There is some up and down motion, we are nonstop, and down on the mat briefly at the end for abs was INTENSE and I felt so proud of myself after, this many years later.

Get it girl!!! 🤘 I also love the idea of putting the number on the Board, from one Board Hopper to another.

I love a knockout sweat class! This one uniquely kept us standing the entire time. Just need space for front and side kicks, and some kick backs. Could add low handweights if you wanted, but I felt stretched and stronger (and sweaty) after with no equipment.

An ass-tastic booty burn class (crouton buns lol) with some building upon sequences while standing and while down on the mat. I'm feeling my arms and pectoraliss the following day as well! Marnie suggests the rock motion to give wrist relief when down on the mat in all 4s (actually on hands and one knee while other leg is dancing). I can't wait to do this class at home with my barre and try the back-to-barre sequence! The slight variations to a Sig 60 felt refreshing and offered a new challenge; such as the leg work in hip bridges which was scratching my brain and also presenting the burn in my thighs and glutes to me in living color, which was a great feeling to know how much I worked them already! Sweaty build-upon class where we add on, yet count is somehow doable. Superior focus on upper body without any planking whatsoever. Hand weights frfr when we get there! So much ass-tastic squats (especially as I chose lower impact squats over jumps tonight) and my back and core are activated even doing this class without a stable surface. Mostly standing albeit we’re dropping it LOW at times. Movement ball under feet and at the very end of class the ball is behind your back while in a crunch position down on the mat (yet we work core and obliques throughout standing series). Foot position ranges from parallel to turn out; some low wide second positioning; hips gooey with circles and tucks. Did I already mention sweaty? ❤️90s hip hop❤️
