Power sculpt blending times of down on the mat (kneeling or plank varieties) and upright standing, with one-weight side plank dances and combos that invite our lower body, core activation, and the (personal challenge) of keeping shoulders down while raising one or both weights over our shoulders. The final combo choreography was my favorite! Super quick class!

Paired this class with a Power Sculpt class and I loved the stretch it gave to the upper body worked with heavier weights beforehand, and the gooey hip stretch and opening this one provides. It's such a calming class.
