Wow coming back to this class about 2 months after I first tried it and seeing the endurance difference is so rewarding! I could hold onto 3 lb dumbbells for almost all of it this time around.

Yes Miranda! 🙌 It’s ok when our initial, knee-jerk reaction is our older mode of thinking, it’s what we do NEXT that matters. Choosing to think or act differently. Love hearing about your strength & journey!

🎉👏 YAY!!! Congrats on meeting your Spring Challenge goal!! Agreed re: lemon water. I’ve also enjoyed mindfully adding more greens and the journaling activities. The wellness activities provide that holistic approach to the Challenge that I really dig.

Beautiful message of having a strong back and soft heart. This works the back of everything- legs included. Started the workout a bit tired and not as motivated, but felt my energy grow as the class progressed.

This was a cardio-heavy firey sweat sesh! How do we fit so much work into 30 minutes? How does Marnie not play around, yet keeps it playful and dance-y? It’s Marnie Magic! 🥵💃✨❤️ Also, the message at the end is not to be missed. It’s another class I’m writing down as a go-to for the messages at the end.

Embracing the wiggles in this class! And helpful to know a more static rather than flexible strap is recommended- those comments in the beginning were helpful so I could grab the right tool. The slow flow was challenging to not rush, and yet at times I was trying to keep up. Felt a wonderful stretch feet to shoulders in this class!

Beautiful meditation. I intended to do this before bed, which would be a great idea, but lost track of time and ended up doing this during a lunch break in my office at work. That was also a great idea ❤️
