Ohh did this class for the first time as part of the Fam Fave Board. This was very gentle and balletic of course. Truly about 20-24 minutes; the length of video includes that Q&A. This is great if you're feeling tight and could be done daytime or evening (not too stimulating).

Aww Nicki, thank you for sharing Cole! I hope the anniversary goes as best as it can. Fur babies *FOR LIFE*! I shared earlier my kiddo still prays for our dog that passed away in April 2020 weekly if not more. ❤️

Awww Toby Love! Thank you for sharing him, and your family fur babies. Our dog passed in Spring 2020 but my kiddo prays for him at least weekly. 🐾 Fur babies FOR LIFE!!
