Horray for deciding old beliefs of what we can/cannot wear are just thoughts, and we can change our thoughts - and YAY for growing comfortable enough in your skin to wear something different than your usual!

Agreed Claudia, the perspective shift of gratitude sounds cliche and yet it holds power. Great list!

I appreciate the detailed form corrections - those were incredibly helpful! I swear every reminder about dropping lower, dropping your shoulders, raising your chest, and bending from the hips were exactly what I needed to enhance my posture. Great class and as always beautiful mantras to hear and repeat.

Wow, this sounds powerfully productive! I wonder what goodness you’re going to add in now that you’ve cleared so much space (around you and within you).

I hear you! I was so sore this morning and worried today’s workout would make it worse, but nope it made things feel better. I’m still sore in my shoulders and back from yesterday, but such a great reminder that yes sometimes we need a rest day AND sometimes we actually need the next workout.

This workout was beautiful doing it live, and still just as beautiful returning to it during the current challenge. The choreography feels amazing, the playlist makes it impossible not to add a little extra pop to the hips, and the energy of healing to the world got me emotional all over again.

I will need to keep coming back to this workout as it was SO challenging to activate my core strength instead of my shoulders. There are many “opportunities” for improved form - a good challenge/goal for me to work toward! I loved some of the stretch moves intertwined in this one though.
