Ohhh I had a lot of wiggles in this class! I think anytime I use a prop it adds a lot more balance challenge than I anticipate. I really liked the ab series in this one and the quicker flow in the class made me stay mentally present to keep up. I felt some fire in my legs and glutes and the arms holding the ball were active, but nothing stayed for too long so I could wiggle my way through.

This is a favorite because that booty and leg burn was something else!! And so sweaty in 30 minutes, without being stuck doing a ton of cardio. How?? No equipment, various modification options. Have water nearby. 💦💦❤️
