Aww Krista… grateful for the time we share and always wish we had longer w/ our furry loved ones. I feel you- my son still talks about/prays for our dog more than weekly and she passed in 2020. 🐾💗

Missed this live, but caught it in the catalogue a few hours later. This class brought some gorgeous challenges that I can't wait to come back to another time again. I found myself saying "Woo!" out loud multiple times. Even though I didn't do this during the live broadcast, the breathing at the ending stretches, with reminders that we are all connected across countries and continents, still resonates.
