Posted too soon- the messages sprinkled throughout, especially during the stretches within class and closing message are beautifully spoken to your heart. I had all the goosebumps. ❤️

This is a great Signature class- more sets of 16 than 32. You’ll feel fire in your legs but the core and your abs are targeted by Marnie. She’s coming for them- get ready! (But you’ve got this and there are always modifications given, especially for our pregnant #mbodyglobalfam)

This class felt so grounding and centering. No equipment and all on the floor- a calming way to gather your energy for the day or a soothing way to end the day without feeling too activated. I thought it was ab-centric, but then it was getting the hips and legs, and then the arms, so in typical M/BODY mastery it is full-body and feels so yummy to move with this choreographed flow. Definitely favoriting!

Reading all of these comments and in agreement w/ these suggestions and the shoutouts to the fabulous M/BODY team! ❤️ The current variety in catalog is wonderful (variety of length, equipment, theme). I love a Badass Ballerina class, but those stretch flow classes are amazing too. Lyrical choreo marrying yoga flow feels poetic. And kickboxing? Yes! Wiggly Movement ball class like T. Swift - I didn’t realize it was missing from my life until I sweated through it.

Always so grateful to connect during a Live- the comments about form (physical form and mental focus and re-framing) in this class are helpful no matter how new or familiar M/BODY is. I had to step away before the end, but so glad I came back to replay for that closing message (a hefty dose of self-acceptance). And then Marnie’s unplanned Q&A at the end- so helpful!

This was a perfection, manageable, no-equipment class to get the day started when there's only time or energy for 30 minutes.

This class brings you joy (I was in a mood when I started and have shifted during this 45 mins). Marnie acknowledges in her kind words that the holiday season is not always joyful, so don't be afraid of this class if you're not "feeling it" before getting to the mat. A little bit of weights, some Movement ball use behind your back for floor abs, but you can swing this one traveling. Also Marnie sprinkles those gentle, non-judgmental cues of not only form but intention behind your movement and posture that is incredibly helpful.
