This no-equipment class had fast paced choreography combinations that were physically and mentally challenging (and therefore strengthening). Lots of room for improving my form in this one!

Great 45 minute no-equipment class! It gets your heart rate up, sweating, and stretching. Wonderful to do on-the-go, you just need a leg's length around you  for this class. The abs at the end felt very pilates-esque and was a struggle for me despite its simplicity.

This Arm Sculpt class was straight fire! @Amanda Powell’s comment below captures it so well- there is some lower body action but my arms are coming to you from the afterlife to tell you it will be sweaty, challenging and strengthening.

This class is so, so good! Like Jenny G I just revisited it for some late evening movement and I simply love all the parts of this floor flow stretch class ❤️

Another fantastic class! Fierce and firey with the M/ovement ball and weights. It had me breathing hard and my legs shaking- and I enjoyed all of it. It’s mind blowing how Marnie can talk through class (I get out a few breathless cuss words and some laughter) but the form notes are SO helpful. You can easily follow along and check all parts of your body to capture form while moving through the reps, even though you’re not in studio. Form notes and emotionally supportive words are embedded in class (and all appreciated). Perfect movement after any emotional release.

This quickie anaerobic barre class still had me exhaling a few loud “wheeeew!” in the short duration of class. It targeted the legs and booty, and like so many others in the #mbodyglobalfam I love the feeling of being a strong badass ballerina. Especially as we mentally focus on strong women in our lives. ♥️

Nicole this is almost like asking what my favorite song is from each genre- how do you choose just one?? I have intentions of creating more playlists on the M/BODY app that are specific: I have some marked as good for evenings and turns out Lindsey J and I both have created playlists for Badass Ballerina classes (and I’m sure we aren’t alone!). 😂💕 But narrowing down to a favorite class per length feels like I’m cheating on other classes. I hope to hear others’ comments for inspo!
