This was pocket-size length but felt like a total 60 Signature class. A fabulous choice when you want a full Sig class but only have half the time. The cue about not letting hips dip down when in plank (going from hands to sphinx one arm at a time) was a great form tip- thank you!

Kimberly L's comment below made me want to do this class- and I am SO glad I did! Favorited!! All the comments below capture it perfectly, but in the wise words of Kimberly, it was indeed an "Ass Class for the ages" lol

Thinking during the class how this was getting Favorited! Entire body is worked- and feels so powerful. Harness those hip circles and tucks! My legs where shaking at the barre almost immediately. The glute and ab work was also straight fire and SO good!

Lindsey summarizes this class so well! The warmup and cardio dance is different than Signature classes and thatโ€™s a fun change up. Extended weights series- challenging but inviting and doable. Wonderful quick paced plank dance (no push-ups here) and quick core. There were choreography sequences within all parts of class that I loved! Quick paced class with nurturing messages throughout and especially at the end.

Agree w/ many in the #mbodyglobalfam who are posting on social that they want to include this in their regular rotation! This class is all on the floor, using a towel/shirt/strap and uses a M/ovement ball at the end- it all felt SO good. This is perfect for morning, afternoon, or nighttime. Itโ€™s a releasing stretch in the shoulders, neck and upper back that keeps gifting me the benefits as hours pass.

Oookay that was a PERFECT add-on to awaken my legs and still bring a muscle shake before 10 minutes was over!

Warming, centering, a bit energizing stretch class. Like the flow classes a bit (no dance cardio warm up), but good for a morning when energy levels are low. Like others said, this helped release some hip/lower back tightness.

Wiggly masterpiece of a M/ovement ball class! Marnie uses the traditional size and adds the mini M/ovement ball for the last 1/3 of class on the floor. I substituted a hand weight behind my knee since I donโ€™t have a mini ball, but it could work without it or perhaps a small cushion (holding and squeezing behind your knee). Legs and glutes will be on fire in all the best ways. Stay for the words at the end of class, after the stretch.

Fun, dancy, full body class with a fabulous playlist! REALLY loving the updated grapevine series in this one!

Definitely core and arms, but can we talk about hips and thighs?? My inner thighs were also REALLY feeling this class (likely due to the knockout sweat kickboxing class recently). I grabbed hand weights when I could, but if you have the wrist weights (bala weights) that would be ideal for this class. Low impact with some modification options to jump, but mostly pulses rather than bounces in this class.
