Healing Hips classes are on so many #mbodyglobalfam frequently revisited list for good reason, and this class will not be an exception. It is more of an active flow, warming perhaps more than other Healing Hips classes, keeping us close to the mat and moving with intentional and ongoing flow. It felt wonderful! These classes remain so helpful before and during menstrual cycles, and when you need comfort in movement without jumps, bounces, or even many pulses. All you need is yourself and a mat, and some space to the sides of your mat.
