Warming, centering, a bit energizing stretch class. Like the flow classes a bit (no dance cardio warm up), but good for a morning when energy levels are low. Like others said, this helped release some hip/lower back tightness.

Wiggly masterpiece of a M/ovement ball class! Marnie uses the traditional size and adds the mini M/ovement ball for the last 1/3 of class on the floor. I substituted a hand weight behind my knee since I donโ€™t have a mini ball, but it could work without it or perhaps a small cushion (holding and squeezing behind your knee). Legs and glutes will be on fire in all the best ways. Stay for the words at the end of class, after the stretch.

Fun, dancy, full body class with a fabulous playlist! REALLY loving the updated grapevine series in this one!

Definitely core and arms, but can we talk about hips and thighs?? My inner thighs were also REALLY feeling this class (likely due to the knockout sweat kickboxing class recently). I grabbed hand weights when I could, but if you have the wrist weights (bala weights) that would be ideal for this class. Low impact with some modification options to jump, but mostly pulses rather than bounces in this class.

Two days later and I am STILL feeling upper hamstrings, glutes, and that space where they meet from this gem of a class.

Ohhh this class feels like it targets your lower abs down to your feet! Almost all standing except the last 2 minutes. The first part of class has impact options, but the work at the barre is low impact and the very last 2 minutes moving through some plank positions has a low-impact modification option. Such a good burn!

Have your microball ready for the 24-48 hours after doing this class- your booty and thighs will welcome it. *Burns so good*

Thank you for this bonus stretch class! This is a wonderful add-on to a short class or as a stand alone option. The reason everyone in the #mbodyglobalfam posts the one move on their IG stories is because it looks AND feels beautiful doing it. Try this class and you will know exactly which one Iโ€™m referring to (featured in a lot of other M/BODY flow classes for that reason). If you ever wanted to try a stretch flow class in the evening by candlelight, maybe start with this short one. Can also be a calming way to start your day.

This is the perfect weighted 20-minute barre sculpt class. All low impact but quick and warming. Super casually finding yourself holding both weights in one hand and rolling with it. How are we working all areas in this short span of time? *Badass Ballerina Marnie Magic*

Yes Jenny G! Iโ€™m exploring older classes in the catalog that were made before I joined M/BODY, so I can eventually try every single class available. Itโ€™s a long-term goal and Iโ€™m loving it!
