Ohhh nice choice! Cardio is not easy for me. I agree on the not exercising this many days in a row and seeing positive effects. I was thinking it would be cool for Challengers to share what progressions or positive impact they experienced at the end of this. Maybe a social media blast for promoting our beloved M/Body.
Good points! I am trying to jot down some of Marnie’s words that resonate, b/c the feeling sticks with me but by the end of class I don’t always remember the quotes. I appreciate the pause button for this reason (and when I need to get the form down a little bit more).
Great choice Lindsey! I can’t even remember the choreography from that class as the goosebumps, gigantic smile, and palpable sense of connection (even as a newcomer- how do you all do you all create that so well??) was so intense from the videos that I can’t remember anything else (except asking my kiddo to listen with me AKA stop talking).
Emily that’s great news! How cool (and uplifting) to hear you are progressing well in treating those areas. Love hearing reflections of what we can feel ourselves- how M/Body is positively shaping and impacting us. I hope your progress continues and those old injuries and strain continue to heal for you.
This is one of the first classes I did during my 7-day trial and it was fun to revisit it weeks later during the Spring Challenge. Total standing class to switch it up, but the series is dynamic enough to keep it moving and the class flew by tonight. I appreciate the form tips/reminders and options given throughout.
I’m spoiled being new as I haven’t done most of these classes, so I’m excited for them all! The Lives are always special to join w/ global fam in real time, but the Dancer’s Floor Core, Strong Back Soft Heart, and Gratitude Meditation names are calling me. Also the 00s themed signature b/c that was just like 5-10 yrs ago, right? 😬😬😂
