I agree- I am new but I really like the features and can tell from my few weeks of experience (and doing workouts that were originally posted months and over a year ago) how open to feedback and the efforts of constantly improving the M/Body team has. Also I emailed about a question of membership and the response was so fast and telling me the issue I emailed about was taken care of. It’s an awesome level of care and effort and it is so appreciated!

This was a great wake-up workout this morning! At the end my kiddo asked me if I was okay (I didn’t realize I had breathlessly said out loud “I can do this” for the fast mountain climber finish) so we got to talk about how we can all do hard things. 💪❤️

This workout was fire and stretch, and yet the beautiful messages with the stretches at the end had me covered in goosebumps. Those words were radiating love and light to everyone. 💗

Holy Marnie!! What a challenging and igniting class! I’m actually grateful I did this for the first time as a recorded workout, so I could pause and rewind 30 seconds (again and again) to get the choreography and more accurate form. It helps me exercising in front of a mirror, and of course Marnie’s ongoing reminders to address form. Whew, what a class!

Just did this for my 3rd day of the M/Body experience- I needed something short after a late work night, but this was such a wonderful stretch after sitting most of the day. I also really liked the one leg balancing on the mat at the end- it was such a unique move, despite 10+ years on and off of yoga and two years of barre classes. I am LOVING the options on M/Body of different workout lengths, different focus areas, etc.

Had a chance to do this workout from the beginning today, and it was so enjoyable! I loved the choreography and reminders of form and modifications. My 5 year old was with me and by the time we were doing abs he was saying, “you’ve got this, mom, you’ve got this!” 😂💗
