Full body, implementing all of the equipment, quick pace to keep it engaging and flying by (slow practice to mark the choreography sequences so we understand and then it’s off we go!). Simple but powerful muscle engagement throughout class. I loved the combos at the barre and on the mat. Soooo much to celebrate and look forward to! The closing meditation encapsulates M/BODY beautifully- love!!

Holy leg burn! This was igniting and burning the muscles, not shaking them, but wow those 3 lb. ankle weights felt like so much more than 3 lbs. This was a great leg and hip stretch, and I felt it into my core and back as I elongated. No bounces or jumps, just pulses, and 100% all standing.

This Signature class felt like home. It feels warm, it feels familiar even though it was my first time doing this class, it moves quickly but is accessible with the reps and changes. It is sprinkled with invitations to shift negative thinking, letting go of thoughts that are not loving and helpful. It is a bright, cheery Signature class to call upon when you need 60 minutes to fly by. Lots of modification options included.

Quick changes keep your brain active and help your arms handle the work. Agreed with comments before me- when you need a quick class (30 minutes with quick changes) and want to feel the power of all you hold and what you can let go of, come to this dancer's arms class.

Super fun tiny added challenge to return to this class with wrist weights (put on right after the warmup movements, Marnie cues you in the video). I love returning to classes and experiencing the parts I remember and the parts that hit differently whether it's been weeks or years since I've revisited the class.

A glider class that was challenging BUT accessible! This was more achievable for me compared to the last glider class (again using fuzzy socks on hardwood floors over here). No bounce needed, those pulses and leg movements and core activated and arms over your heart and holding you up on the floor got me hot and sweaty so quickly. I unfortunately had to pause halfway through and returned an hour later and was quick to warm up all over again. Great glider class- quick, hot, challenging, but doable. Orient in your room to leave all your gorgeously long leg length of space available on each side and behind you.

All standing, no equipment class that can be done on the go with some spacial planning (kicks all around and some back stepping into curtsey and lunges but this class does NOT have down into planks and back up again - we only go to the floor for final stretches). Wonderfully strong, sweaty, heart loving, and INNER THIGH WORK that felt glorious. I LOVE kickboxing inspired M/BODY classes and all of these side kicks have my heart.

Well this class turned my bad mood around! Somehow Marnie blends the energy of Cinco de Mayo inspired songs with some Black Velvet, Nice For What, and Closer to Me in all the hodge-podge background musical perfection to some inner thigh work, glutes feeling like they could rip through my leggings at the barre, some wild plank choreography with the ball (which had me cussing and laughing and I both cannot wait to try again and I KNOW I will be cussing in preparation when I come back to it), core leg chaos, and bridge bonanza. Afterward my core, my inner thighs, my glutes, hips, and shoulders are awakened and my feet feel stretched from the relevé work. This Signature class had me WORKED!

This was a beautiful flow that could be done at nighttime as it felt centering and grounding, but it also felt a bit energizing and could be a soft and loving way to begin a new day.
