This class brought the magic in that last few minutes after the initial stretch section - that's when we get into those planks and abs and got me sweating! Love it!

This class is a FANTASTIC place to feel a lot of the signature M/BODY moves but w/ some extra hip rolls and circles thrown in b/c Bey Day. Enjoyed it so much- prefer to catch the classes during the Lives, but still feel connected and supported when playing the class later. Also, I tend to strip down to just my sports bra within the first 15 minutes, but hearing Marnie suggesting that before we even start set the tone- going to be a sweaty, WORKED class and I am here for it!! 👏

THIS. CLASS. 🔥🔥🔥 The choreography, the quick pace (hi heart rate!), the beautiful words and messages imbedded in the class and at the end, the burn, the energy, the playlist… absolutely everything was incredible. It was challenging, featured curse words (me not Marnie) and felt like beautiful, powerful strength. I had to take a call during the Live and I am planning to re-do this class tonight after work b/c I don’t want to miss ANY of it! What a powerful class to keep coming back to and feel our growth. Thank you Marnie & M/BODY!

I feel like I did this one before, but there’s no comment so maybe it’s just those wonderful Signature moves I’m becoming familiar with. It was a sweaty, fast moving, hit all your body parts class. My husband joined me and he kept commenting how badass we are for doing these classes (he’s right).
