Hi Mayo (mah-yo) - When you mention, Billy Boot Camp, as in Billy Blanks? Because if so, I totally had his DVD's and fell in love with exercise because of it. He taught me so much about the love of cardio. If so, that's really cool. Keep up the wonderful work my friend.
