I'm happy to say this challenge was filled with so much joy and feel goods. I tried new things, faced my fears, and I continued to practice building trusting within myself. I feel renewd and revitalized. I am very well pleased. Thank you for your love and support. And a special thanks to M/BODY for being there for me always, especially through this challenge. This G-Fam is truly incredible. Can't wait for the next one!

Day 19- Feel Good Fall Challenge
It's been such a journey thus far. Sending my love to all you lovely souls. 😍 I'm pleased to say I've been able to have fun and embrace joy in ways I didn't believe were possible. I just kept attempting to let go and enjoy and it worked. I feel safe and I feel well. I've challenged my anxieties and fears to which I found the truth. I even filmed myself most of the challenge which was scary and yet so much fun. What a new perspective too! Here are some still shots below.
This CB space is something special. I was never really into social media because I didnt feel safe to express myself. The love and support we show each other feels warm, safe, and beautiful. I like our space. Keep shining your light ✨️ 💛 I'm cheering all you Challengers on!! You got this! Always know how amazing you all are. Thank you!! Keep up the good work, it's worth it.
