Omg - the puppies! They are the cutest and the cutest names! My heart, I have happy tears. And yes, a new attitude this month. I really liked the barre work today. I'm approaching this month beginning again. Thank you Marnie for your help with my hip issue- it's been helping. Thank you for touching on the topic of grief. Life can be hard at times, but it is beautiful!

What I find most endearing about this class is the mindfulness. It's a unique, challenging, and beautiful class. I haven't come back to this one in while because I found the choreo challenging, but today it was effortless. It's amazing to witness that within myself. If you haven't given this class a chance, I hope you do.

I underestimated how powerful this class is and I apologize for that. I approached this class with a beginners mind today allowing me to let go of what I thought I knew and to start fresh. It humbled me and I am grateful. I didn't know how much I needed this. Thank you.

Sobbing here at the end of this class. This month was so frustrating & frightening that I had a hard time connecting to kindness and love to myself as I am. I felt hurt by myself (feeling like I can't perform certain moves) which turned into frustrated emotion towards myself and even more frustration that I wasn't being kind towards myself... This class  gave me a chance to soften up. I felt safe to open up and connect. It was like a big hug.  Thank you. BTW, I love our chats, it keeps me grounded. Marnie, the tips are helping with and I will keep trying! I won't give up on myself.  Love you all!!
