Omg - the puppies! They are the cutest and the cutest names! My heart, I have happy tears. And yes, a new attitude this month. I really liked the barre work today. What I find most endearing about this class is the mindfulness. It's a unique, challenging, and beautiful class. I haven't come back to this one in while because I found the choreo challenging, but today it was effortless. It's amazing to witness that within myself. If you haven't given this class a chance, I hope you do.
