Ditto!! In the catalog, I've clicked on "what's new" and scrolled all the way to the bottom to find the oldest. I've considered this strategy as well when the challenge ends.

This a great class to tune into your muscles 💪 The depth of strength has been exactly what I've been looking for. There is a deep fire created from within in this one. For me, the challenge is practicing to stay in the fire and to surrender to the strength. And the choreography is super fun! I absolutely plan to practice this class again and again. I LOVE IT! ❤
