Thank you for that beautiful meditation reminding us to truly love each version of ourselves over the course of our life. Such a fun class with new rhythmic moves interlaced throughout. I would def say to give this class a try, you might discover something pretty awesome about yourself.

This was a great class - thank you! This is perfect for those low-energy days or the days when you want to exercise but don't feel like it. Also, this class was so healing and nourishing on my low back and outer hips. It just felt soooo good. Love it!
