Hey Vanessa, I'm Jessi! I'm glad we get to chat on the CB here. This is a beautiful question and I'm grateful I can offer you some support. I took the time to look through the M/<45 classes, and I have to say, the 45 min classes are awesome. In your case I'd recommend:
M/<45 BARRE SCULPT/45. It's a Barre classic! It is no equipment and no traditional planks or push-ups, but it is a very well rounded class. It's one of my favs. The cardiovascular is uplifting and always customizable. You'll build up strength in no time!!
M/<45 Signature/ 398 - A newer class in the curriculum of this year. A This class uses all the props and there is rolling push-ups and planks if you're ready for it! This class feels very light and airy in my opinion. Again, it's well rounded so you can do it again and again without feeling overburdened.
M</45 FULL BODY SWEAT/124- No Barre or movement ball- weights are optional. Also, no planks or push-ups. This one is so fun and energetic. The floor series is great!
