Hey Roni! I typically skip on the lemon water for those reasons, plus I've had unusual cramping before with that much water first thing. I don't really know of any other solutions at the moments. I've built confidence where listening to my body and trusting my intuition holds value regardless what others are doing or saying. Continue to do what's right for you!

I enjoyed this class so much! It was refreshing and new. I loved the playlist too! It's so beautiful closing with the acknowledgement of the Solar Eclipse as well. It's been a phenomenal week to say the least. Thank you!!ย ย

To answer the question: "At 6 years old, what did you want to be..."

When I was 6 years old, I wanted to be a gymnast and a figure skater! When I watched the Olympics witnessed the women perform the gymnastics and the figure skating, I felt so alive! It was so beautiful for my eyes to see. My enthusiasm for this sport was met with ridicule, laughter, and doubt the moment I expressed myself to my family. I was told, I was "too fat", we were "too poor", and that it was "unrealistic" to think I could ever be a gymnast, skater, or dancer. "You could never do that," is what I was told. I didn't stand a chance. So that desire was crushed and I was so afraid to ever try out any sports or dance out of fear of being laughed at. To which I then decided, "I want to be loved, and to love... I want to be supported and encouraged by family..." It's why being here dancing with you all means so much to me. I get live my dream of dancing and I am so grateful.ย
