Admittedly a bit nervous for this because my legs were already kind of sore, but this was so doable and strengthening! Hip openers, some lengthening, and mostly bone density strengthening at the barre. Lovely 20 minutes!

Such kind words!! And yes - so much better for the mind. Amen!!

As Lindsey J said, we got served in this class, in the best way!! LOTS of awesome hip circles, fiery 3 sets of legs and really nice booty. I was both parts excited and nervous for this class, and it was an awesome, doable challenge. Loved the 5 lbs too! Probably will be feeling my legs tomorrow!

Yay for putting yourself out there Courtney and for participating in the challenge!! So happy you are here. I feel the exact same way about M/Body and this community - I'm part of who I am today because of this movement, Marnie, and the community!

Love these reflections Julia! I also really loved the sunshine before screens and noticed a difference in my mental state. You inspire me to incorporate more meditation into my daily life, even if it's just 5 minutes. Everything in moderation is right!!

Finished Challenge Board! 

I semi-kept to my goals: mostly no phone in the room before bedtime and almost always did the sunshine before screens (which I just love and will keep moving forward). My brain seems to be so much more awake and attuned during those first moments of the day without a screen. I gave myself grace and completed most of the workouts, instead of forcing to do all 21, like I normally would. I plan to keep some of these habits going moving forward. Thank you Marnie & Team for a fabulous challenge and board! I want to do a better job in the future of sticking to the daily curriculum instead of constantly jumping around 😂

Completely agree! I did it this weekend at the beginning of my period, and it was the perfect release. I think I've done it 3-4 times since this video came out... I love it!!

Fall 2024 Challenge board - fun joyful signature with different variations on moves. I liked the booty work on the floor holding on the barre for back extension/core work (need to work on doing this for longer!). LOVED the quote about the darkness and the light, acknowledging the darkness, using it as a space to grow, and getting energy from the earth to break through to the light.

Did this for the Fall 2024 challenge, and although I didn't have it logged on my catalog quest spreadsheet, I'm fairly certain I've done this one before. Today, I did it for the first time mostly with 15 lbs, which I am so proud of myself for! I'm stronger than I realize, and am proud of the growth. Now I want to work on the tricep extension with 15 lbs, as that's where I struggled! Thank you Marnie for reminding us of our strength!
