Did this again today, and as all other comments below state, this is challenging, yet so empowering. Marnie, the words at the end about slowing down and being present particularly hit home today. I struggle in my day job at the moment because it is so fast paced. Thank you for showing it is necessary to slow down ❤️

What a well balanced workout! Focus on the arms at the beginning, mostly to activate, not burn out, and then we keep them going with the weights throughout the legs on the both sides. The oblique work particularly at the end was fantastic, and the spine openers! So great while we are warm. The end meditation was exactly what I needed to hear. It reminded me that moving through feelings can be like moving through a stretch: it's tight at first and it's easy to resist, but when you really drop in and feel (I like to close my eyes), I slowly go deeper and deeper to a place I didn't think was possible at the beginning. The stretch is easier, deeper, and feels so much better at the end. Thank you Marnie!
