Absolutely LOVED this workout! A wide grin spread across my face during warmup when Forever and Footloose played. I felt so free. Also loved the arms at the barre series. Can't wait to come back and do it again!

I love my ability to stay true to myself. And thank you Marnie for reminding us to be our own biggest cheerleaders. I often find that I'm my own worst critic, so this was the most beautiful reminder to show up for ourselves and treat our bodies and minds with care. <3

LOVE this! Abs were on fire and felt thoroughly worked by the end of class. Legs were shaking at one point as well! Definitely coming back again and again to this one! Thank you Marnie for all of your hard work!!

Second Suzy’s comment! I recently hurt my toe, and Marnie’s teachings about the importance of our feet took on a completely new meaning. Amazing how much I take them for granted, especially my big toe.
