Classic signature - activating barre work and nice elongating series with long legs at the barre. Plank dance and the abs with the ball at the end were FIRE. Definitely want to return to that in the future, even as an add on after a shorter class or when I just need to feel my core!Â

Different quick cardio dance at the beginning, then moving into a few classic signature moves with the ball. A quick plank dance which I completed without dropping (!), and then in between abs and booty for the remainder of class with the ball! Nice and sweaty and activating. Great one to come back to and the words at the end were everything: "Turbulence teaches grounding. The edge teaches breath. Falling teaches rising. Breaking teaches building. Pain teaches healing. Resentment teaches boundaries. Failing teaches rebirth. Harmony continuously seeks itself. Remember, it's just a circle continuing on, and you are supported."
