Hey Mayo! I was looking into this to remind myself of where to do the lymph massage for the challenge and found a previous video where Marnie goes into a lot of detail! It's called "Q&A Lymph Chat 01/17/24." Here's the link: https://online.mbodybymarniealton.com/programs/qa-lymphchat-11723?offset=1379&cid= Hope this is helpful!

Fun class for the Fall challenge! Wonderful hip opening movements and actually felt the crunch/tuck within the tuck for the first time during the ab series! I'm loving focusing on really tuning in, letting go of what it looks like and putting more attention on what it feels like. Powerful flow, particularly with the hip opening moves and downward dog plank series!

Hello heart!! Awesome heart pumping low impact cardio class. As so many have said before me and I have also thought before: 20 minutes does not mean not challenging or sweaty! Fun warmup, many hip opening moves integrated, some lunges, kicks, and wide second all in 20 minutes! So glad this was on the 2024 challenge board - another class checked off in my catalog quest!

I'm with you about the plank position (especially the low one!) felt empowering. I surprised myself at how strong I was! And thank you for your words about how powerful and important lymphatic massage is - I'm relatively new to it, so this is wonderful insight into its necessity. Sending love!

Hello inner thighs and booty!! I absolutely LOVED this Signature variation class! Low impact, but high connection. Fun different combos throughout class and a KILLER playlist made this sheer joy! Plus, I really loved the ab section at the end - the slower pace forced me to really connect to my abs.

Fall Challenge 2024!

Hello Fam! Popping on the board to commit to this challenge! My goal is 5 workouts per week, and if I do more, I will consider them a bonus. I always go for the maximum number, so I'm challenging myself in a new way, trying to embody the theme of release.

In addition to the wellness activities (particularly love sunlight before screens and the lymph massage), I've set a few for myself:

  • Channel this month's theme of release to release judgement of self (particularly limiting critical words I say to myself) and expectations for the future.

  • No electronics in the bedroom before bed

  • Lie on the floor and breathe each night before sleep (have started doing this recently, and it's such a grounding, relaxing feeling)
