Congrats on the solo travel Kristina!! I took my first solo trip earlier this year as well - definitely put me out of my comfort zone, buf so glad to hear it went well!

Marisol, thank you for sharing this. I am definitely playing catch up, even though I set a 30 day goal and anything else to be a bonus. I am still trying to reach 45. Your words are such a needed reminder for me to listen to my body - to add on if I feel like it or be content with the challenge workout of the day. You are an inspiration to me to slow down and really tune in ❤️
