Jessica I wasn’t sure which video to do this morning, so I looked to this post and decided to try M/45 Sculpt 112. Omg I loved it!! Legs were SHAKING!! Thank you for the recommendation!

LOVE this! Abs were on fire and felt thoroughly worked by the end of class. Legs were shaking at one point as well! Definitely coming back again and again to this one! Thank you Marnie for all of your hard work!!

Second Suzy’s comment! I recently hurt my toe, and Marnie’s teachings about the importance of our feet took on a completely new meaning. Amazing how much I take them for granted, especially my big toe.

Just did this morning, and loved it! Sweat was pouring out, and like others already mentioned, I really enjoyed Marnie's corrections for people in the room because it helped me as well!
