JOYFUL signature. Cardio got the blood pumping quickly and definitely brought the sweat. Tucks interlaced throughout alongside work with the ball that activated the hamstrings and stretched the hips. Powerful ab series with the ball and lovely hip tucks to end. Playlist was awesome, and the words at the end were exactly what I needed to hear: what is an anchor vs what is a root? what have you not let go of to make space for what is to come?

SWEATY workout! LOVED the playlist (especially Jen Corby's song & I've Had the Time of My Life), and the whole flow. Gentle start to the class, weights (did 3 lbs but want to try 5 lbs next time), fiery thigh work at the barre that simultaneously stretches the hips, and AWESOME activating abs with the challenging 1 leg bent and one leg straight hold! 10/10! Cannot wait to do this again!

What a JOY of a workout! Sweatyyy and loved challenging myself with the 5 lb weight and doing the plank on the barre. Need to come back and work the posture in some of these to make sure the form is correct! Thank you Marnie for working your magic yet again!

What a DIFFERENT class! Lots of interlaced planks & booty burn. Good one to come back to to continue to challenge myself, but I really focused, per Marnie's instructions, on grounding into the earth, especially while being in planks (which helped!). Thank you Marnie & team for a fabulous workout!

Thank you Marnie for asking such a brilliant question! I have noticed I have more of a growth mindset now instead of getting frustrated that I can't do something. I am getting better at leaning into the fire and also giving myself more grace. Your meditations and mindset shifts have seeped into my bones since I started a few years ago, and I can't wait to see how they continue to transform my life in the years to come!

Sweat was DRIPPING in the latter half with the booty work on the floor! Classic signature with awesome variations. Well rounded workout, full of encouragement and pure JOY! So unbelievably grateful to have found this community a few years ago, and here's to many, many more!!

Great vibes and music throughout! Nice cardio warmup with lots of jumps and then moved into fiery work at the barre. Both the thighs and glutes were WORKED! Some slow rolling pushups (which was nice to connect), and simple, but effective core at the end. Leaned into some of the moves, and didn't give up on the fast mountain climbers which felt great! Continually working on really leaning into the fire and not coming out of it.

Happy 10 years! Thank goodness you took that leap! WOW. Challenging workout, particularly after doing another one before this! This is one to definitely come back to to lean into the strength of the standing leg on the ball. I felt myself coming out of the fire instead of leaning in, and am looking forward to coming back to it to build my strength and endurance!

Came back to this at Lindsey Jordan 's recommendation and LOVED it! Quick cardio at the beginning that got the blood pumping, and then lots of great floor work and planks to work the core and booty. I looked back through my notes from the last time I did this and don't think I stayed up through all of the planks and mountain climbers, but this time I did! Hooray for growth!

And with that, the 2024 spring challenge is complete!! What an awesome signature. Different warmup and sequences throughout. LOTS of 4 sets of 8 and hip circles, which felt glorious and free. Great quick arm series and brief plank before abs. Wonderful meditation at the end about truly accepting where you are right now. ❤️ Hope there's another one on the schedule this year!!
