I felt so wonderful after finishing this class! I did it before getting ready for bed and I felt totally reset and ready to wind down.

3rd challenge

So excited for summer of strong and the opportunity to commit to more days than usual since I'm on summer break from teaching - going for all 60 but with grace in there as I'm also home with my kids😜 and the last week is school starting! I just want to celebrate making it to the mat each time- no matter how good I feel during and after, it's a constant struggle to get myself to begin.
