Ohhh what a wonderful class to end my challenge board on. So fun and bouncy with some moves that challenged my brain, and some new floor work for me. Happy day 60!

This was a beautiful flow, particularly for my tight back flaring after sledding with the kids (which hits different now that I'm slightly older :)

What slow, intentional, heart-awakening choreo in this workout - thank you!

My legs and glutes are already speaking to me as I try to go down some stairs after this workout. Will be returning to it for sure!

This class is such sweaty fun! And ditto those comments on the arms!

I didn't have this one in my favorites but here it goes after revisiting this fam faves today - and my daughter ran in for Fight Song and now I think I know why she has such a fiery spirit (so much Marnie listening from a young age!)
