This was a beautiful flow, particularly for my tight back flaring after sledding with the kids (which hits different now that I'm slightly older :)

I didn't have this one in my favorites but here it goes after revisiting this fam faves today - and my daughter ran in for Fight Song and now I think I know why she has such a fiery spirit (so much Marnie listening from a young age!)

This was an amazing workout to hop to on the challenge board, especially the day before a long car ride! So much sweat and a wonderful stretch series at the end.
