Perfect workout for today - I was grabbed by "standing sculpt" not knowing it was class 200 from about 4 years ago! Another reminder of the journey. Also, sculpt is not a lack of sweat here!

I loved this challenge so much! And thanks to everyone for sharing about their experiences 💜 I knew it was going to be the wild west once traveling hit (though we walked 48 miles in a week!) but I did more than I thought I could :) happy spring!

Ohhh what a wonderful class to end my challenge board on. So fun and bouncy with some moves that challenged my brain, and some new floor work for me. Happy day 60!
