What a joyful class - movement, music, words of affirmation!

This was an amazing workout to hop to on the challenge board, especially the day before a long car ride! So much sweat and a wonderful stretch series at the end.

Love a 45 min signature and love the new ball move (and cardio bonus at the end!)

I use a web video caster app tho the ads are a bit of a pain - may have to try some of these other tips!

Really enjoyed doing this before hitting the road back home all day tomorrow - my hips surely appreciate it!

I'm learning I really love a 45 minute signature. What a great class full of beautiful intervals!
