What a beautiful workout! I love the amount of time spent with the weights (definitely used the 2 lbs :) and it felt so, so good on the spine!

Yes - been doing this awhile but I still get sore feet sometimes (very low arches) and sometimes have difficult with aligning parallel for barre work, but it has gotten better over time (hoping to continue building arch strength for sure!)
